1. What shipping options are available?

REGISTERED USERS
 If you place an order as a REGISTERED USER, delivery preferences from your Cablcon account will be used. If you would like to review and/or change your preferred delivery methods, please contact us (480) 922-6900 or [email protected].

 

2. How do I track my order shipments?

REGISTERED USERS
If you are a REGISTERED USER, you will receive an Advanced Shipping Notice via email with your tracking numbers(s) once your order has shipped. With your tracking number(s) you can then visit www.fedex.com or applicable LTL carrier to check the status of your shipment. You may also check the status of your order by logging into Cablcon.com and visiting MY ACCOUNT >> MY ORDERS, or contacting us directly at (480) 922-6900 or [email protected].

 

3. What do I do if there is a problem with my shipment?

If there is an issue with your shipment, or would like to request a change, please contact us at (480) 922-6900 or [email protected]. REGISTERED USERS may also request changes to orders and quotes within their online account.
