Return Policy Summary

Customers can return standard, non-serviced Cablcon products (the “Products”) as follows:   

  • If you did not receive the Product you ordered, the Product is not functioning in accordance with the Product specifications, or there is visible shipping damage to the Product due to a Cablcon freight carrier, Cablcon will replace the Product at no cost to you. All such claims must be submitted to and approved by Cablcon's customer support team within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. 

  • If you no longer need the Product, you can return it subject to Cablcon restocking fees in place at the time of the return. For these returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.  All such return requests must be submitted to and approved by Cablcon's customer support team within ninety (90) days of the invoice date.   

All Product returns are subject to Cablcon's complete return policy.
